Study Compares Salmonella Rates

Check out the research from an NC State College of Veterinary Medicine student Jessica Parzygnat who is helping us to better understand the foodborne pathogen Salmonella in the backyard compared to large-scale production.  This knowledge is helping our understanding so that we are better able to keep food supplies safe.
