Poult Pick Up is complete which means the 2025 Youth Market Turkey Show turkey adventure is underway!  The YMTS, hosted by the Prestage Dept of Poultry Science in partnership with the NC State Fair, gives youth a hands-on opportunity to raise 3 poults (baby turkeys) to possibly become the next 2025 NC State Fair Grand Champion Turkey!  Over 250 youth from across NC are now learning what it takes to be a NC youth turkey producer!
