Virtual or Hybrid 4-H Poultry Judging Practice Workshops
Join us for Poultry Judging Practice and level up your skills for the state 4-H Poultry Judging competition in July!Any youth 8 - 18 years old who are registered in 4-H can attend. Registration is open from January 1 through January 31, 2026, through 4-H Online.
Workshops are held from February 2 through June 22, at 6:30 PM every Monday for all Hybrid attendees with every 4th week in which All-Virtual participants will instead meet on Wednesday. The 2 attendance options:- Schedule A - Hybrid - Monday evenings at 6:30 PM on Zoom, with 6 workshops in-person at the Craven Cooperative Extension Auditorium. (see schedule below)
- Schedule B - Virtual Monday evenings at 6:30 PM on Zoom except every 4th Wednesday at 6:30 PM. (see schedule below)
Cost: No workshop fee. Purchase the following items:
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 whole small chicken
- Obtain the 4-H Poultry Judging manual. Print for free or purchase for $20 (includes shipping)
