NC State Farms - Include Poultry & Youth Programs!

NC State University has over 1,700 acres of farmland.  Part of this farm includes where the Prestage Department of Poultry Science (PDPS) teaches students about poultry and research.  Facilities include the Chicken Education Unit, Talley Turkey Education Unit, Feed Milling Education Unit, and Poultry Teaching Unit.

If you are a youth involved with PDPS's Poultry Youth Programs, you may have picked up Youth Market Turkey Show poults or had a 4-H Meeting at the Poultry Teaching Unit.
